Film processing and scanning...

For the first time in many years I picked up my old Canon EOS 3 and decided to shoot some film !!!
Having successfully used up 2 films I would now like to get these developed, and rather than rec prints, have the negs scanned to a high standard onto a disc.
Can anyone recommend where to get this done? I know Bonus print etc do it but the scan rate looks quite low (large enough for a 8 X 10 print only) and so was hoping some people may know where I can get a higher quality scan?
