3.0 SC 4 Speed semi-automatic gearbox

Whats the 4 Speed semi-automatic gearbox like if fitted to a 1980 3.0 SC?ie compared with a manual. I must say i like autos generally and not sure if I would like a clunky old manual even though I like old porsches. For some reason I'm drawn to this one...although I would want to remove the later bodywork and return to standard. the euroes converts to approx 11 grand. I think cos it's been owned by few people rather than 10 previous owners iykwim

It's very intriguing. There are certainly a few sporto fans around. In it's current guise, it's super-ugly even if it is very neat and tidy. It's not a big amount of money to spend on a 911 if targa and sporto are good for you.

Yeah I like targa, and 'sporto'! Despite its ugliness I have the feeling it's a decent one underneath...
