Chelsea Building Society mortgage anyone?

Just kicked off the application process for a 5-yr fix with someone else when I notice that Chelsea have a cheaper rate (2.99%). Has anyone used them before, any idea how quick the process is with them etc? I'm looking to exchange by end-Nov, so need to be fairly sure they will get it all done quickly if I ditch my current application (nothing paid out yet) and move it to Chelsea. Thanks.

I've had one with them for the last 6 years or so, so long ago I cant remember how long it all took to set up, sorry.

Never had any problems with them since it was set up.
