I owned a 944 pretty much identical to this one few years ago now, and have a real soft spot for them. Does anyone know this car on eBay ? Looks pretty amazing for its age

Maybe but although you cant polish a turd they've certainly rolled some of their turds in glitter.

That looks really smart!

As for the dealer I think I recognise them, they sold a supersport cab last summer iirc. They seem to dabble in some really really cool old stuff

Thanks for the heads up. Done some research and you are correct in saying that there are enough complaints about the dealer to steer well clear. May well be a good car , but best not to take a chance. Probably just as well, as the missus probably wouldn't thank me in substituting a new bathroom with an "old car " !

This may give you an idea of what they think it's worth.
It'll be interesting to see where it finishes.

I think they have quite a big turn over of cars so there's always going to be an element of issues.
I've bought 3 cars from them over the last 10 years, being a tight Yorkshireman their prices are always good so wouldn't expect perfection, however, I've never had a problem and one of them was an Alfa!! In 3 years it needed a crank sensor.
Seeing that S2 I'm very tempted as it would look great next to my CS and the current price is very luring!!!

Notice they also have an amazing looking 944 turbo for sale on their website. They may have a bad rep from a few folk but they certainly seem to find some lovely cars. The turbo looks mint.

I've not research any reviews but read the negative on eBay. Two, out of 4, didnt look like they were car related and one was utter nonsense.
Very tempted still.

Rear window rubbers seem to be hanging out, for "Show condition"
Quite a lot of new paint, not necessarily a bad thing but should be looked at in the flesh.

My problem with him was the bare faced lies.

Stated fsh, he had none.

Stated x owners, x+ on the logbook.

Stated condition, was totally inaccurate.

Thats my old car. I owned it for 4 years, and sold it about 3 years ago now.
The guy I sold it too offered it back to me for £3800 earlier this year.
I almost bought her back, but unfortunatly hit some "cash flow" problems.
The economy and all that.................

PM me if anyone needs the true details.
