Why did the band split up? I had a kit a few years back and tried teaching myself but never really got anywhere and ended up selling the kit when I moved. Fast forward to spring this year and I was at a mates and had a quick play on his kit in his garage, he said he was selling it for £50 so I snapped it up and I've been having lessons since then. Completely loving it, got an electric kit too now for practising. Can hold some nice rhythms together and starting to work on fills with different accents and parradiddle patterns.

Planning on having a couple of jamming sessions with some guys from work so will see how that goes.

It's a very long story involving numerous vocallists, alot of injuries, and eventually, total collapse.

The guy singing on the track in the original post is one of the guitarists - We used to sound like this:

We were in the middle of properly recording some of our songs (with much better playing on my part!) when it all sort of fell apart and the singer on the above track left... We stuck it out for a while longer but eventually I decided enough was enough. It was all very emotional! I'm still pushing to get an EP finished but I don't think it'll happen.
