Apparently the electronic clutch system cut the engine as it thought it was all going to go bang.

We had an R35 run 741bhp on our Dyno last week like it was a walk in the park, didn't even stretch the straps. On stock internals too. Hugely impressive!
Also, how did they get the IT below ambient?

Mike, if it was done in the last few days it's not been above 12 in Kent/Surrey, and most of the time sitting around 8C!

Produce any numbers you like out of them, but in a couple of years you'll look a right Barry in one.

We run a closed dyno cell on the loud stuff, we never use the It sensor so it sits on the side, when we turn the extraction system on the temp in the cell drops and the it sensor reads this.

Wish we managed to get a full run out of it, reckon it would have pulled 1400 at 8k.

its impressive how much power the stock engine and transmission will take

I will buy a gtr at some stage - but the Noble is staying

the older gtrs have a cult status in the Jap tuning scene - this newest is the best so far

imagine how good the R36 will be !

Nice!
There aren't many running that sort of power, whose was it, SVM?
Edited to say I just read the graph details after asking the question. :-)

Are these fly wheel or at the wheel power figures? The GTR units are every impressive! Stock units are only good for about 600bhp though as they have bendy rods.

thats a fly figure

i estimate the wheel power to be 1053.38

plenty of people are running close to 900 hp on a stock engine with bigger turbos
