Best hi-viz jacket for £30 or less?

Doing a fair bit of cycling in London at the moment, and with the days drawing in, I think it makes sense to show up a bit more. So, looking for a hi-viz jacket. Not too worried about it being waterproof, but it would be a bonus if it was. Over to you...

I also spotted a hi-viz vest for around £20 which probably has more 'viz' but you'd need to wear something waterproof under it. Quite fitted though so less flappery than what I do - I just wear my normal water/windproof stuff and a £2 builder's hi viz vest from Wilkos.

Aldi have some nice cycle jackets in at the mo. I have one as it is shower proof & has reflective tape on it £14.99

I use one of these for training, it's comfortable, two zipped pockets, decently made, fifteen quid.

Looking for a jacket rather than a vest.

the advantage with a cheapie HV vest is that they are often approved to the CEN for hi vis garments so in terms of 'due diligence' ..

also washing them while it will effect glass bead reflective materials - chucking it after the recommended 5 or 10 washes will not seem so bad .
