Chipped paint, alu forks.

Taking the front off to put the new bike in the car i noticed that the tip of the right fork was missing it's paint and showing bare metal, I'm a bit gutted as the bike is 5 weeks old and the fork tip has never been in contact with anything but the QR skewer.
It's alu so corrosion isn't too much of an issue but I do ride rain or shine and don't want to loose more paint if(when) the moisture works it's way under the paint, any recommendations for what to coat/treat it with? The missing paint is gloss black.

Don't worry about it, it's just one of those things and happens on all forks. Normally its the clamping action of the q/r that cracks the paint.
It won't corrode as they usually have a resilient build/primer under the t/c.
