Not any help to you at all regarding servicing but i have visited the place while passing and it looks like a well run outfit. Nice set up and a good selection of cars when i was there.

Had a nice chat with these guys yesterday, they do not do servicing directly but farm it out to a place near Gatwick (not 9excellence), but wouldn't say who. I asked them for some pricing and they haven't called back. No recession apparently.

I am now booked in with Ken at Nine Excellence for a bit of TLC, having spent half an hour on the phone to him today I imagine this could be the start of a long and ruinously expensive relationship

Nine Excellence did a PPI for me on a car i didn't end up buying. They were very professional and very reasonable - not doing the borescope stuff id asked them to do as they found so much else wrong. I liked that - it showed a garage thinking about how it spends its customers money not just "following instructions" to no avail. Depending on where you are in Kent (if you are in Kent at all!) I can recommend Cliff Lowe at Project Nine in Marden. Nice little operation and excellent Porsche knowledge. This is where I currently have my 993 looked after.
