IFA Costs for pension transfer

I used an IFA 2 years ago to sort out a couple of pensions I had accrued over the 15 years since i've been working.

The IFA charges 0.5% of fun value per annum. Is this a fair charge ?

You are better off without them if you can manage it yourself obviously.

I take it they are constantly reviewing them then?, 0.5% might not sound like a lot, but id expect regular updates for that.

Depends on what u get for the money and how big your fund is.
