Portuguese shack

I have been looking at a dilapidated shack opposite my villa all week trying to find a decent shot of it and managed to get a chance to have a closer look tonight and wanted to see if you could help me with what shot looked the best. There are a few variations on the PP so any opinions appreciated. These are all shot with my new Canon S95 which I am rapidly growing to love.

I like all of them.

However I think 2 cropped to have the first tree in the foreground like 3 might work rather well in both colour (perhaps a tad desaturated) and B&W.

I suspect the shots work best large (probably printed) rather than at web size on screen. ?

It was just a rented villa. I wish I could own a villa, even the thing in the shot would do.

I'll give your suggestion a go a bit later but I've only just got back so I have the obligatory cup of tea and lay on my own bed routine to go through first

Shot 2 but with a slight gap, and sky visible, between the 3rd tree stump and the shack to continue the staggered perspective pattern? Or the last shot with a bit more sky? That's what my initial untrained eye says...

Just had a proper look on a non-phone-sized screen....

^^^^ This - needs some "space" and you to create a "lead in" line, then have the villa placed on a third....
