I'd come across this and wanted the PH PP forum views

Would this be something you would consider attending in London, central location, in a brewery? Not thinking of it as a commercial idea more just as a fun event over the winter months (and a few beers!)

Sounds fun. Would there be a competition category for 40+, 110kg+ riders? Or do these Rollapaluza bikes fall apart when put under that much strain?

Not sure we'd contemplated anything so formal, thinking we had the brewery space, tbh thinking hadn't got much beyond that!

Was trying to find some new ideas to promote the place in first instance, maybe should rather just do a PH P*ss Up

Did Rollapaluza this year, in a pub in Leeds.

Turned up, necked a pint, found out I'd been signed up.

Raced, won, and vomited pint (and dinner) everywhere.

Was fast though. Ended up racing 3 times got down to quarter finals.


Its flipping brilliant fun. Suggest people do not neck a pint of bitter minutes before their run though.
