Does anybody out there in PHland know of a company that manufactures carbon fibre spectacle cases?

PS Yes I was warned that it would affect my eyesight.

Its a serious enquiry.

1. I like the look of carbon fibre.

2. I need to wear specs for close work but not in the street, in bed or when driving so I take them off and put them in my pocket (except when I'm in bed).

3. If I sit on or lean against 'ordinary' cases they break and specs cost lots of loot. I hoped that CF would last a long time and wouldn't set off airport metal detectors.

4. It would lessen the possibility of picking up the wrong specs at a spec swapping party.

5 It would be easier to get a stronger case than a smaller arse, I have an ale and pie industry to support.

I suppose I'll have to look in Max Power.

Couldn't find any carbon fibre glasses cases as such, but what about some carbon fibre frames?

Mmmm.. aren't they lovely? Not only are they superstrong but they also make you look like one of the two Ronnies!!
