The things you come up with in the shower!

This will take a while to plan, but how about a Mass PH large one to LM in 2004!

Sounds difficult dunnit, but, we all go on the same ferry, (or 7) all in the same campsite, TVR's, Porkers, Ferrari's, Lotus's, Fords , and Vans to carry all the Tents, Gazebo's, BBQ's food and pull the caravans (for McNab!)

This is what I have in mind.

Monday before the race, PH Advance Party of 10/20 people, with a couple of vans and cars, get to campsite and rope off an area, stick up the PH banners and hang flags etc and prepare the place for the rest!

I understand it would be hard for everyone to come across at the same time (work/family commitments etc) so

Between Tuesday and Friday, the PH MOB invade france, everyone in the same campsite, big area in middle with BBQ, fire, Caravans (Toilets, Showers and cookers for when it rains ), a large area solely to put the Cars and the tents all in one place, that way no one gets run over!

There are some loose ends and details that need ironed out!

I'm thinking 2004 because 2003 is only a year away and this will take some amount of planning to make sure it goes like clockwork!

Thoughts Please?

And who's in!

Obviously, none PH memebers are welcome too, but they must be accompanied by a Member of PH!!

Great idea. Might be a bit of a cross-over with the TVRCC organised Lemon trips tho.

I think I was there when that streaker went down "burnout alley" - 2000 or 1999, can't remember which? Same year shortly after some fool buried his XJ into the back of another car trying to do a burnout. Knew he was going to do something stupid when he went to the boot for another beer before he started (!).

Is that Audi's official bike rack for the TT

Sounds an excellent plan. I've never been to LM, so I can't think of a better way to go!

Sounds like a marvellous idea - I'd be up for it..

Oh - the TT - well one way or another it's a given that there's gonna be an arsehole in it

I'm in, if I can sort out the kids (single parent, see?), and I can certainly get a bit of time off work. What dates are we talking about? I'm a Le Mans virgin, too, and I need to lose that particular cherry!!

Love to go but why not make it next year? Is it really going to be that difficult to organise?
