AvD Oldtimer Grand Prix

I took these last month at the 'Automibilclub von Deutschland Oldtimer Grand Prix', at the Nurburgring, but only just got round to uploading them...Unfortunately the races on the Nordschleife were scheduled only for the Friday, so I didn't get to see any of these legends taking on the 'grüne hölle'. The GP track is pretty awful for on-track shots, hence not so many in this set, but the open pitlane more than made up for any disappointments!

It's VERY refreshing to see so many successful 'un-obvious' images of cars in their environment;
unusual framings, good use of colour, shapes & foregrounds, and some nice moments caught.

Most technically correct photos of cars (usually filling the frame ) do very little for ME.

Great set throughout- particularly like the ones with least/ no modern features
