R129 Mud Flaps

Afternoon PH.

One mudflap on my R129 has fallen off. Luckily I still have the mudflap (apparently MB do not stock these any more and are therefore rare as hen's teeth) and all I actually need are the 2 spring clips that hold the mud flap on. MB aren't being helpful and just saying "we don't stock them". I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get them from or whether the clips from a different model would fit? I don't want to go to the time and expense of tracking down and buying a set of mud flaps just for the sake of 2 small clips.

Options 2 and 3 are to screw the flap in place or just removing the other rear, leaving the fronts.

Hi Nick,

Try one of the MB breakers like MSL in Birmingham and see if they can send you the clips.
