Factory Visit

I finally got around to visiting the factory yesterday and met Alan Wallace in person.

Alan showed me around the new unit, which is in full swing now. They now have 5 ramps to work on which is a big improvement on the previous setup.

I saw the beautiful site of a dozen nobles in varying states of readiness from those having just arrived from South Africa, to mine, which is just awaiting the new re-mapped ECU before it can be tested and shipped to me

Other cars i spotted whilst i was there, were Jools gun-metal grey car (looks superb), and others in BMW Carbon black, Noble diamond black, portofino blue, aston martin silver, indigo blue and one in bright red with cream leather.

I'll post the pic's when i manage to get them off my camera.

I'd reccomend a visit to anyone, you'll be well looked after.

Do you have to be in a position to buy one or will they let anyone wander round?

My dealer said that they could arrange a factory visit for me if I wanted, which I do, but don't have time at the minute. However, I'm sure if you ring the factory directly then they would arrange a time for you to visit. After all it's good PR.

what was the highest numnber they had???

Most of the cars had build numbers in the 50's.

Apparently there up to circa 250 orders now !!

i'm not yet an owner of a noble but i live in hope!i've seen one of the gun metal ones in st andrews fairly often this summer and (graduated from there in june) and it looks brilliant! he had the plate :"M12 CTO" which from a distance looked like GTO. pretty keen stuff.
