You find me in unfamiliar territory, but I'm stuck so here goes...

We're having a small wedding in a few weeks, in Iceland. There will be about 30 guests in a small church, and we have selected two pretty traditional hymns:
- Jerusalem
- Give me Joy in my Heart (also goes by other names)

The problem is that with such a small group the singing is going to be on the quiet side. Having been to other small weddings there have been some embarrassing bits where everyone is practically whispering along.

So the solution - instead of just playing the tune, we're downloading the song *with people singing* to provide a choir in a box. And this is where I'm stuck.

I have found a good copy of Jerusalem, complete with a choir singing along (from last night of proms). The idea is this will merge in with our own voices and keep the volume up. But I can only find either children's versions of GMJIMH or individual singers, who all sound a bit chirpy on their own - I just don't think playing a single voice loudly will sound right.

So I'm looking for a "songs of praise" style sing-along to GMJIMH which I can download. Can anyone help?

I'm struggling to find Sing Hosanna (another name for it) in the style you're looking for.

Would you consider another hymn which could be used for your purposes?

Or if you want to keep it religious, there's this.

My first reply was quite serious. I've 4 or so CDs with hymns but don't have that particular song. However, if there is an alternative you're prepared to consider I may be able to help.

Was aimed more at the monty python ideas. Thanks for the offer but we've already printed the order of service booklets now so there's no changing our minds on the songs!
