BMW vs Rising Tide

I am staying at a friends house in Devon this week. Last night there was some local 'drama' as a BMW almost got taken by the rising tide. Excuse the corny newsreal effects I was using iMovie for the first time and got a bit carried away.

Other than take more care parking what would you do next if this was yours? I think I would be down the dealer for a once over at the least...

I'd get it thoroughly cleaned underneath the car- wouldnt like the thought of all that salty water getting in places


Wonder if any water got inside the cabin? The waterline looked above the lower door line
