Anyone heading there tomorrow? Hoping for it to be a good turnout. Went earlier this year for Performance Ford and it was pretty good. This will be the 3rd time ive been to Crail and looking forward hugely to it as I love all things Fast Fordy smile Bit of a journey down (130 miles) but it should be a laugh with hopefully both my younger bros with me! Ill be in a ginger (Copper haha) Swift with the black smiley sticker for the eagle eyed spotters! biggrin

Meant to be heading up with a mate with an 07 focus ST tomorrow. Think he's sticking it down the strip. It's been tinkered with! Depends what time I get up. Out in Glasgow for a few beers tonight!

Turned up about 12 in the red focus. Mate was being a big girl and didn't want to put it down the strip. Seen your Swift a couple of times though! Did you see the guy come off the bike? Lucky there was nothing in the right lane or he would have gone right in front of them. We were speaking to him after he came back up, seemed okay. More dented pride than anything I think!

If i wasnt offshore and the ute wasnt hiding in the garage getting remaped i would have had a play on the strip.

Apparently the guy on the bike had 2 broken fingers and a bruised elbow. Like you said, good job nothing else was next to him.

Could have been a lot worse! Which focus was yours? Don't know if your on the STOC forum? I turned up with Dan (The red one).

The focus wasn't there (orange 5 door ST3), my son was in a friends red BMW. I'm not on the STOC forum, I get enough stick from the wife for the ones I am on. hehe

Think I know the BMW you were on about! Least the sun stayed out. The mini (I believe it was a vtec conversion?) was rapid! Not sure what the red corsa (R55 OGY) was running? It was rapid too. R35 as always was very quick, there's something about them that bores me though. They're almost too "clinical?" if you know what I mean! Its perfect launch, after perfect launch e.t.c!

The GTR didn't launch at all very well in any of its runs. Clinical is definitely not the way I would describe the way it launched. Bogged, slow, hesitant maybe but not clinical.
