Will anyone be going to the young lads car show?

I'm sure you've all seen the thread in general gassing, regarding the lad who has leaekemia, and the car show thats being hosted for him. I was wondering if any of you midlands, and particularly those in leicester were going to be driving up? Maybe we could go in a convoy of sorts.

Continuing from the thread in GG about the interesting route up through the peak district starting in Stoke

This is the route that was mentioned:
Leek - Buxton - Chaple - glossop - holmfirth - huddersfield

They removed the facebook group as it was getting out of control and they wanted to keep all the organisation on the original forum and thread

Won't be able to meet up for a convoy now unfortuantly as I'm on a tight budget this month and would prefer to tailgate some lorries and take the most direct route, slowly.

Unless of course it becomes something rather special, in which case I could probably spare the extra few pounds

Well, it's suppose to start at 13:00 and google maps is estimating 1hr35, so perhaps starting from Stoke around 10:30-11:00 should give time for meeting, photos, chit chat etc. on the way up?

As of so far us VXR`s are in thgis pre meet.-Pre-meet is at The Three Nuns pub Mirfield WF14 OBY Just off M62 J25 for 11.30am to leave @ 12.00

IF we can get any details sorted for a PH meet then I can arrange for quite a few Vixers to tag along. AND yes, we are on the list on scoobynet b4 anyone asks!

If you want to be at the Three Nuns for 11:30, then I suggest leaving Stoke about 9:45, I'll meet in Leek about 10:00. If anyone wants to meet in Buxton it would be about 10:20
