Dont joke. The current rage in the USA is to have 20" rims which are chromed with centre spinners. These are loose centre cap things that can rotate in any direction independant to the wheel / rim itself.... Looks TOTALLY daft....

Current rage in the Hip Hop and Rap community... which kind a explains a lot.
