Cover Band ideas

Hi,


Need to refresh ideas for party covers band, what are your bands cover's or what do you like a covers band to do,previously we did,

Set 1

Burning love
Friday im in love
All shook up
Teenage kicks
Crazy little thing
Proud mary
Chasing cars

Rule the world (between set acoustic)


Set 2

Stuck in the middle
Cant get enough of your love
Bad moon rising
You sexy thing
Twist and shout
Crocodile rock
Higher and higher
Brown eyed girl
Hold on im coming
Midnight hour
Mustang sally
Chelsea dagger
Buck rogers
Gimme some loving
What about now



Looking to add a few more of the "keep em up dancing" we are 4 piece, male vocals without keyboards but thinking of adding keyboards as missing the strings/horns and to fill out the sound esp during solo's,

"Dad Rock" song ideas also thinking of adding,

Pinball wizard
You give love a bad name
Dead or alive
Fat bottomed girls
Tie your mother down
One vision
Cum feel the noise


But really need a few more of the "keep em up dancing" stevie wonder, tom jones etc etc


Ideas gratefully recieved and no widdly diddly solo's, its not a look at what we can do type of band,

Almost anything by Creedence, pretty much any early rock.

Little Richard, Elvis, Buddy Holly, Everley Brothers and so on.

If you've got the harmonies Beach Boys, Eagles etc also go well, all that I have suggested are pretty much timeless on the dance floor.

We used to do 8 x 20mins on 10 off sets in a four hour night and this rich vein of music along with a heap of punchy country stuff always saw us in work. ( 5- 6 nights a week for many years )

Did have very good 4 part harmony though which to be honest can be sold anywhere.
