Just did a fun 'novice' evening with lots of jap and euro stuff.
Most had ABS, airbags and other trickery up their sleeves - but TGTVR managed some cool tail wagging, squealing action and topped off a couple of type R's and a scooby too.
Nice track once you have got it into your mind!, 115mph ish on the longest straights and one or two hairpins that are great for getting the rear out of shape!

What was the on track behaviour like? I'm asking because as you know from your original topic I was interested in attending. I'm wondering if it's better to be surrounded by people who may be quicker than you but who have some track experience and therefore should know what they are doing, or a crowd of inexperienced / novice track drivers who may be more inclined to "have an incident" which might end up involving you. Interested in your thoughts & experience

i would say there were a number of 'pretend novices' who could handle a car, quite a lot of jap stuff, stripped out included with drivers from that scene - all of whom cared about their wheels.
Saw one fella let the red haze take over but generally had great fun with a few FWD type r things chasing me, while i swung my behind about!
BIGGEST ISSUE my noise level 104.6 dB with a limit of 102.....
Overall most were very responsible in their approach. MSV sent a strong intolerant message re misbehaviour.
Marshalls etc were ace.
