Bit of a long shot I know, but would anyone happen to have the reference code for the above?

My accountant's away somewhere enjoying himself, I've spent 35 minutes on hold today whilst trying to phone HMRC, and a darned site longer trying to make any sense out of their website.

I have to submit a form tomorrow to apply for a new E101 and need this number for it.

I don't think there is a specific "Bolton" tax district any more. However, the following codes may be relevant

385, 065, 709, 732, 750 - all North West Lancs and Cheshire

187, 401 - both West Lancs and Cheshire

582, 682 - both East Lans and Cheshire
