Threaded Cable Guides?

Anyone know if they're available?
My frame has internally routed gear shifter cable and the hose for the rear brake is discretely routed along the downtube.
I've just got a dropper post and struggling to mount the cabling. I've removed the front derailliuer (always intentional) but the dropper cable isn't quite long enough to go down the inside of the down tube and up the seat tube in the space it has left.
The frame (Canyon Nerve AM) has two threaded plugs in the underneath of the top tube (unfortunately just too small to route the dropper cable through) but I'm thinking maybe they're threaded so you can put some cable guides in there? I don't want to use ugle cable ties all over the frame.
Sort of like these I suppose, but threaded not clamped.

You want the piece that holds the cable on cheaper sidepull brakes, something abit like http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bike-calliper-side-pull-... screw it in the hole and bingo.
