Need a nice fitting jersey, have spent all weekend looking at crappy fitting stuff that has a load of excess material around the front when you are on the drops like the manufacturers havent realised that no cyclist has the same measurement for their chest and their waist.... Someone suggested the Castelli aero range or the sportful bodyfit range but I was really after a long sleeve. Dont think I'm too odd a shape, 40" chest and 32" waist. Anyone found anything that might be suitable? I am drawing the line at speedsuits for now, i'm neither fast enough or thin enough though I do like the Castelli San Remo suit....

Pearl Izumi and Gore jerseys fit me well with a 32" waist and 39" chest. I'm 6'4" in case you're similar.

I tend to pedal in Merino tops for that reason. Wick superbly, don't stink, and fit your body well due to their stretchiness.

Another vote for Pearl Izumi here. Similar size to you. Mine isn't gore but kind of fleecey with a handy pocket in the back.

Santini are excellent too.
Generally I've found that the Italian cycling clothes manufacturers make them for the pro cycling physique.

Very. No rubbing/bunching/chaffing; stays in place; no flapping; holds the pad in place; dries quickly etc, etc.

EDIT: Castelli, Giordana and Santini seem to be cut/sized correctly, IME.
