I suspect you will need the speed 6 bible for the details as it's a bit more invovlved than standard cars. You could pay a specialist garage to do it for probably not much more than the price you'd pay for the oil yourself and watch how it's done!

When i have changed in the past i take off the oil tank drain plug and there is also a plug on the bottom of the main engine block, if you jack the car correctly you can get everything out.
All as Robertjp says plus there is also a filter in where the large oil pipe meets the reservoir when undone you then require a new ring type gasket comes all in the kit from Powers
