Wayne did mine and I won the championship

He'll do it to your requirements too (I had to fit within maximum power for championship reg's, but wanted maximum torque within that), which for me included making easier to hold at the optimum engine speed for a race start (about 2800rpm IIRC). What I should also have got him to do was increase the speed at which the rev limiter cut in - to allow for certain straights on certain tracks where it would have been better to rev to 7000 or so (with a limit of 7200) rather than be on the limiter at 6800 for a second or so before braking (and where changing up then down again would not be a benefit).
