Strava not picking up segments...

Anyone else having an issue with Strava?

I ride my daily commute and have a segment set up for the longest climb, and then ride someone else's on the way back as they have set up the same climb as a descent. For the last three days it's not picked up the segments.

I'm using Strava on an HTC sensation, and it has seemed pretty reliable up till now.

i have suffered a bit of gps drift on my iphone if it does it at the gate of the segment it wont register the start.
The strava app is much better than endomondo, i rode across poole harbour the other day apparently....

I have used this tool to sort a ride and catch a few segments.

I also had a missed segment, I sent a request to Strava and within 24 hours the segment was on. Then I was disappointed to find I hadn't beat the KOM.....doh!

Nice link thanks for that Clive. I had a brief go at ironing a small kink out of the end of a segment but couldn't upload as it spotted that the file was duplicate ride.

I don't want to delete the original ride until I know the tweaked file is okay, as I'm worried that I may lose it forever (and it was a real sweat fest!). If I export it as a tcx (as a safety backup) will it keep my heart-rate in the data?

Ive had the same problem with the duplicate ride message.
I just renamed the original so had two rides then deleted the original.

My i(fail)phone seems to be drifting terribly recently - but that link put a few segments back in place...

...only looked at it quickly, does it do offroad segment corrections too?
