Its complete and utter toss!

Theres not a mail protocol that could possibly support it and added to which AOL Time Warner have just posted the largest first quarter loss of any company in History so if Bill was giving his cash away they would be first with their hands out!

If it says "pass this on to everyone you know" then it is almost certainly a hoax.
