Thanks guys for all the help and advice given over the last 2 years or so. I have to admit defeat, the S has to go, and hopefully someone else will get good, and much fun, use of it.
Cheers

Sorry to see you go Andy. Are you giving up on S’s completely or do you want to give a V6 a go? Hope you don’t mind but I’ve taken the liberty of adding your suspension results to the WIKI.

I don't. I've got a Cerbera!

BUT (and this is the important bit) although it is far FASTER than my S, it's nowhere near as much FUN, the S is a fantastic wee sports car.

And......you can't fit golf clubs in the boot in the boot of an "S" laugh

Surprised there were no hairdresser jokes / comments in that lot, but then again Tinks hasn’t been on yet.

Yes I have been drawn to the dark side, sorry guys, but I do like the Chim.

Picked up the S from X Works this morning, new MOT, and serviced bits, wallet is a bit lighter, had a great 100 or so mile journey home (in the daily car its less than 30), but as good as it is, I don’t have room for both, so it has got to go.

But I don't play golf & I don't want a fat ar5e.
I do need a haircut though but I can't find the nearest Chim owner's salon.
Can anyone help?
Andy, I would never have categorized you as a gentleman's groomer, are you just going to specialize in doing the ladies? smile

Andy,
I just noticed that your Chim is an 'S' (reg), so not completely moved to the dark side then.
Also have you put the "S" wheels on the Chim? Because there's Chim wheels on the S.
Keep both you'd better young Andywalkerears

The last of the V8S's were fitted with Chim wheels. Both Cars look great, have to say. Always loved the V8S's .. very much a "Q" car.. unless you know what it is, you dont realise its going to seriously ruin your day (if your a boy racer!!)
