Would you expect to get the Lencarta Standard Reflector as featured in the picture and mentioned in the description?

Why wouldn't you expect to receive it? It doesn't say "reflector pictured not included" or anything like that.

I first read it as 'When fitted' but it doesn't say that. My mistake, yes, I would expect it to come with the reflector.

I would have expected it to come included too. The key is the missing word "When" which would make it clear it was not included. I would challenge the ad as being misleading.

It says 'head' in one place but 'fitted with' in another. Add that to the photo and I think you have a case for a misleading advert.

I have requested that they either send a reflector to me or refund £9.99 to me so I can purchase one myself.

I think you do have a case there. On Lencarta website, it says 'Fitted with the standard reflector (not included)....', and 'Please note that these flash heads are supplied WITHOUT a reflector'. but not on the ad you posted.
