Ride2Work Scheme | Query on leaving the country

I'm looking at joining the Ride2Work scheme to get out riding more regularly and save a bit of cash currently being spent on petrol.

However, I may be moving to the US on secondment for 2 years in 2013 whilst still making salary deductions.

What's not clear at this stage is whether I will continue to be paid in the UK (UK Tax/NI) or be transferred to Dollars...

Anyone have any exprience or knowledge of this? I'm struggling to find info on this anywhere.

As far as I'm aware, in order to make the savings via salary sacrifice, you must be a U.K . Resident / tax payer.

I'll have a UK address & will potentially remain a UK taxpayer

Although I do think I'll be transferred to dollars, removing the savings.
