Any suggestions on where to get photoshop help?

As title really...
I have just got back from a 2800 mile road trip, and have got some fairly good photos. I want some put onto canvas. Most are good (for me... so I guess acceptable would be a better description!) straight from the camera, but this one needs some work of it will just annoy me when I look at it!
Ideally what I would like is for the bonnet to be centred (although maybe offset a little as I like the blur of the left hand side of the tunnel wall?) and for the red bollard to be removed from the right side wall.
Im now beginning to think that the bonnet will be a tricky job, I have a better photo of a view over the bonnet in a centred position, but its taken outdoors in fairly bright light so the reflections on the bonnet are all wrong.
Maybe I am better just leaving it as it is?!
Is there a company I could get this done by? I am pretty terrible at PS. I have managed to remove the bollard but it is tricky to make the cutout in the wall look natural. (or for me it is at least!)
Any suggestions on where I could get it done or perhaps a better way to process?
