GAC Alford Sprint Sunday 15th July
Discussion
74 cars sprinting around the little but tricky track at the Grampian Transport Museum in Round 9 of the Scottish Sprint Championship. The cars range from the little Mini Estate 998cc to a fire breathing Evo with 800+bhp on tap to nimble motorbike engined single seaters and a great mix of road saloon and sports cars. Good day out for all the family starting at 10.00.
Prices are as follows for spectators Adult £5, Accompained U-16 and OAP FREE.

Have a national b licence, be a member of a Scottish motorsport club (can't remember the name of it) and a completed entry form. I think, someone will be along shortly to confirm
Yep
Grampian Automobile Club ( GAC) www.gac.org.uk and
Aberdeen & District Motor Club (ADMC) www.admc.org.uk are the two local clubs.
There are pages on the above telling you how to get started in sprinting/hillclimbing - but it's as per above post plus a few MSA compliant fire proof bits and pieces ( suit gloves and helmet) a timing strut a couple of safety mods and away you go
Perhaps a little late for Sunday but come along and spectate ( or even better marshal) and talk to anyone in the paddock who will be happy to help
Cheers
JP
