I'm just after some feedback on the C class coupé.
I'm wanting some punch but need at least 35mpg so I guess it would have to be a diesel, definetely leather seats as I've seen the horrific cloth seats colours
There is a fair amount of engines/specs to choose from, hoping to find the best model to go for, AMG,EVO,230,180?
Do they come with isofix?fun to drive? common issues? are services/repairs a rip off?
Budget is around 5K

Since your budget is £5k you mean the C Class Sports Coupe... which is a nice looking thing.
C Class mechanicals, so not a lot to go wrong. I'm not too familiar with the specifics but chances are they'll be robust. One thing I do know is that there have been some problems with the panoramic roof option.
The thing I'm posting to comment on though, is RUST. I've seen some very, very sad rusty examples of the sports coupe. Wheelarches, door bottoms, sills and nastiness underneath. Tread carefully and buy as late a model as you can afford - Mercedes did improve their painting quality during the 2000s.
