Lads' holiday

I need some help guys, as I am looking for a holiday with my mates. Last year we went to Cancun and had a great time and we are looking for ideas for this year. The criteria is as follows:

Preferably long haul;
Sun and sea;
Possibly all inclusive but this is not a deal breaker;
Definitely not a resort only as it'll be nice to go out and explore the night life;
A bit a local culture would be nice, but again not a deal breaker; and
Looking to travel in September.

Come september night life is dying down.

Places that seem the busiest if that's what you're after are:

Ibiza
Las Vegas

Vegas being Long Haul, however can be costly!

Agreed, Ibiza's great in September (although I probably have an addiction seeing as it'll be my 7th September there this year )... Stay away from San Antonio (although it's worth at least one visit) and look at hiring a car and you'll have a great time

Cuba.. has everything including.. Marlin fishing.. cigars..culture..and weather..perfect lads trip.

Thailand, although Bali might be a better choice? Its the 'Ibiza' for Aussies and Kiwis.

There are loads of great places in the east which make fantastic holiday destinations, thing is for most people they are just a little too far. About 12 hours on a plane?

Lots of great beautiful women/amazing clubs/full of culture/beaches & pool clubs you name it you got it...
