3000M Handbook Anyone?

When I bought my 3000M SE 12 years ago it came with an A5 handbook. This had a red and white cover with a picture of a 3000M, and approximately 40 printed pages containing tyre pressures, servicing routines etc. Unfortunately I have lost the book. Has any body out there got one they could sell me, or provide a photocopy?
