Flat six engine rebuild???

Hi all,

This car has caught my eye in the classifieds:

But this comment has confused me: "New red rose spec engine rebuild by flat six", I can't find any reference to Flat Six on the 'net, anyone heard of them?

Prett sure I've seen this car at Sussex TVR and if it is that on then the engine was off with Jason at Str8Six a the time.
