Which lounge, Gatwick North?

I very rarely fly out of Gatwick but will do so next week. I have lounge access, but there are four available. Any recommendations for which one is best from:

Aspire Lounge
No. 1 Gatwick
Sofitel
Wentworth

It's an early flight, so breakfast considerations will be key!

If your talking full English then forget the lounges. Have tried them all and found the food free but not great.

Not Wentworth.

I have used number 1 they are usually pretty good.

No 1, used it a few weeks ago, and was one of the best lounges I have used recently. Food was excellent, there was a good self service buffet for breakfast, and also a waitress service for special order items. I don't think there was a full fry up, but a god choice !
