That's a pretty strong accusation to make in an open forum mate, fair play if you've got definite proof......If true posting on a forum like this somebody will no doubt find out.

tRemember a couple of months back a novice linked a car he liked & me & a couple of others questioned it, & quite rightly so as the eBay ad showed pictures of a missing chassis number & a welded up space where another one could have been!
All we've got here is someone posting a link to an ad claiming its a cut & shut.
For all we know the OP could've fallen out with the cars owner.
If there's evidence of it being a wrong'un then post it up. Forums are fantastic for helping potential buyers out but the OP is so far, doing nothing but slander.

I agree with what you're saying and yes it could be true.
But I would suggest you take your beef elsewhere fella.
I'll come clean. I got told about this car by a mate off here who made the 'suggestion' that it may be two for the price of one but I tried to go into it with a clear head and asked for a pre purchase inspection subject to payment and got told to go away.
If u have nothing to hide why would you do that??? Go figure

There's a weird old bloke down the bottom of our road, someone at the pub reckons he's a kiddy fiddler so I'm going to put his windows through-well I've got proof that someone thinks he's a perve haven't I?!

how is that saying exactly what I put in my post?I'd ask for the mods to close this thread down as its going nowhere but I've emailed the seller & hopefully he'll take the time to post up his side of the story.

So you told him you wanted an inspection as you'd been told by another party that his car was a cut and shut?I'm not surprised he told you where to get off, doesnt make you sound like a genuine buyer does it
