Door Mirror Glass

Does anyone know the origin /donor for the door mirror glass for a series 2 wedge? Bl##dy Pheasent flew into it and knocked it out, Halfords do about a thousand knids of replacement but I'm struggling to find something that fits.

Unique to TVR. Halfords can make up a glass if you supply a pattern.
