Im not sure if you are in Aberdeen or not but if you are then I used this guy:

Barry Greenhaigh
Tel: 07751272267.
barry@aberdeen-vehicle-transport.com
www.aberdeen-vehicle-transport.com

The service was first class, they moved my turbo from Aberdeen out to my friends place in Methlick and I have never seen such care and attention given when moving a car in my live. It helps that Barry is a stern car anthusiast himself and owns a classic or two.

I've used Angus Transport a few times recently. Not sure if they have covered transport, but I can confirm that their service is fantastic.
Although they're based in Aberdeen area, I've used them to pick up cars from / deliver to various places in England, with me in Glasgow/Fife/Livi.
I'm not in the motor trade, just find myself frequently buying from or selling to the wrong side of Hadrian's Wall frown

A I C Transport Ltd
Quarryburn, Rosehearty, Aberdeenshire, AB43 6HQ, Scotland
Phone 01346 571255
Mobile Not Supplied
Fax 01346 571066
Email aictransportltd@btinternet.com

Prices are super-reasonable too. MUCH cheaper (and more convenient) than a one-way fly/drive.

There is a mob based in Edinburgh, Car Storage Scotland - I know they have a curtain-sided truck for transporting customers cars around. Might be worth giving them a bell as I understand they are out frequently on longer-distance runs collecting and dropping off cars.

Mark Spiers is the man to speak to, if you do decide to give him a call then say Andy with the green RS gave the recommendation!

There are pictures of their curtain-sider and their contact number on the link below:
