My friend in his 997 Sport Classic (from his interior) took this on his drive back from Le Mans on Sunday. It's real.

Very good but just got to be a wind up ??

Seems to be no shadow from the draw bar and strange reflection in caravan side window...also, car isn't squatting at the back like it would when towing (or is that because of the PDCC wink )

But most of all....why ????? (and being French is no excuse either biggrin )

I'm pretty sure no towing weight is listed in the data for 911 or Cayman so they are probably not homologated for towing - but it is only us Brits who follow EEC rules I guess!! Also looking under my 997 this afternoon can't see how you could mount a towbar?

There was a chap a couple of years ago that used to tow his yacht with his 911 and had a picture to prove it, think it was a 993. Was in the letters section of 911 & PW.

I don't think it is that unusual on the continent.

OMG, this is meat and drink to all the 991 haters, proof that it really has lost its 911ness!

Nice - I love the Sports Classic. One of my favourite 997s.

I thought they had Espresso leather, though, or was that just the standard?</anal_mode>

I disagree. That looks like a 991 with real rear-weight bias!!

OMG !! Sorry for doubting, just can't believe everything you see in this digital age...and that is very unbelievable !

I hope the driver remembers about the caravan before using the launch control...never seen a 911 pulling a wheelie before cool
