Well scribed there LA, agree with most of your points myself, but will agree to disagree on the 'wild' paint applied to some cars. The fact that as the customer, you can chose any paint under the sun is a strong selling point and not one born from a @they don't, so we will' mentality. I personally think it makes a stunning car stand out even further from the pack, adding a greater visual impact above that already supplied to the eyes.
Obvioulsy I would not be so bold as to say the above is anything more than 'my own humble opinion' though

LA the letter was from Danielle Revill at the factory (dated yesterday) sent to me as I have a Sagaris on order and have paid the full deposit.
I Quote" We have initiated talks with Blackpool Bourough Council with regards to a site for a new factory here and the design and production engineers are putting together their wish lists as to what they need"
Also "top of Nikolias list, taking precedence above everything else, is to improve the quality of TVR's cars yet further"
Its a long letter, so I have only quoted bits.

Certainly a well written letter and I hope that Mr Smolenski sees comments from TVR users, whether on this thread, on these boards or other sites, as positive. A lot is said by a group of people who are no less than passionate about their cars and who seek to improve them. Whether these are small gripes or major issues of reliability that affect their car or groups of cars, no doubt spending some time reading through these comments can only be a useful exercise to identify where most improvement can be made.
However, restriction of choice of colour would not be top of my list. After all, John Lennon gave the board of Rolls Royce a collective heart attack when he repainted his Phantom and who can stop anyone making postfactory changes like these if they really want to?

I would suggest the best way to endear yourself to both current and, more importantly, potential TVR owners is to offer a 3 year warranty.
Three simple words, that would at a stroke differentiate TVR post 27th July.
