Halfords Tour Series Woking this evening - anyone going?

I am going to head over to Woking this evening (as it has stopped raining for a few hours) to watch the Halfords Tour Series, anyone else heading over.......?

Was quite a good evening, lots of close racing, good atmosphere but got bloody cold!

I was in 2 minds wether to go or not but eneded up going. Glad I did it was good to see. That was a long drag from the bot corner up the start fininsh staright to the top bend and they werent hanging about.

Its on ITV4 tonight at 8.......lookout for 2 tts doing the international distress signal

Was a very good evening indeed, I spent the first half of the race on the bottom bend just before the start/finish straight and the second part opposite the pits. Quite interesting to see a lot of famous cycling faces wandering around the crowd and pit area as well!

I peddled down so if you do catch it on the tellybox tonight keep your eye open for a bloke in a alien carcass jersey with a Morvelo cap – that’d be me!

Ha, we were about 30 yds to your left in the photo just out of shot for the first half of the race!

We were stood at the top of the hill for the first half and then wandered down and around for the finish.
