Ok, so I started a new thread to avoid confusion:

Meeting tomorrow between 7-8pm at the Golden Lion, Rugby. CV23 0JA

I've called them to make sure there are no objections, I've said we'll at least stay for a drink if not some food. Estimated 10 of us, I'm sure they won't mind more.
