secure online payment methods for a raffle?

Planning on setting up a raffle and the tickets will mainly be sold online.

Im just wondering what the best method of people paying for the online tickets was?

Needs to be secure and have no or very little fees, and straight forward to manage.

I was thinking of setting up a paypal account and asking for the payment via gift.

Anyone else have any other ideas?

Barclays pingit sounds like a good solution, payment to a linked bank account via mobile phone number, no fees at the moment

PayPal doesn't permit 'raffles'.

Nor do any UK merchant ID providers.

In order to handle online payments if using cards of any kind you'll need to use one of the crooked offshore services used for porn, online pharmaceuticals and illegal gambling.

You could look to use premium numbers but these are also regulated and have clamped down on gambling.

It really depends how much money you need to collect per hot and how much of that you can pay away.
