Oil pressure fittings

I'm looking at the Merlin Motorsport website for fittings for an oil pressure gauge. Can anyone tell me what size tee I need and whether a 1.5m pressure pipe is long enough or should I go for a 3m?

Why a T piece Rob ??

Don't you just replace the switch in the block for a tee, then your new line goes in one hole and up to your gauge, and the switch goes in the other?

Also where does the oil temp capillary go? (Yes Simon I changed my mind yet again and bought another Noble dual gauge lol)

No mate you use a takeoff on the rear of the engine under the rear manifold

Ahh ok mate thanks. Any idea what fittings I'll need to fit it there?
Where does the temp gauge bulb go?

Temp bulb goes into sump , there should be a plug to remove on the front of the sump .

Don't know fitting , I got them from James at SWLC . They are stupid money though .... £90 I think !!!

Yep! Ive got a set that are not on the car yet, maybe ill take them into my local place and see if they can do the same but obviously cheaper.

I've not actually added it up (for obvious reasons!!) but mine had £100's and £100's spent on hoses, couplings etc!

Once you start looking at coolers, pumps, sensors etc the little suckers just breed like rabbits!!
